Cancellation and Return Policy

At www.OtoParts.ae - The Super E-Store for American and French Auto Spare Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Cancellation and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been shipped.
  • To cancel, contact our Customer Support via email or WhatsApp with your Order Number.
  • Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made before dispatch.

After Shipping:

  • Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item on arrival
  • Item not compatible (only if confirmed fitment details were provided at the time of order)

Return requests must be made within:
3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
  • Must include all original parts, labels, and documentation.
  • Electrical and electronic items are not returnable unless proven defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” in product details
  • Electrical components (e.g., ECUs, sensors) once opened
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

4. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request via email or the Returns Center on our website with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
  • The return shipping address and instructions will be provided.

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
